For all of you who registered your child(ren) in the Steinbach Minor Hockey/The Rink Fall Hockey Camps, we are very excited to announce that the dates for the FOLLOW UP CAMPS have now been scheduled.
CLICK HERE for a copy of the schedule for the upcoming camps along with the link for registering with The Rink for these camps. Simply "click" on the date links embedded in the PDF attachment and it will take you directly to registration through The Rink's website. The Rink Training Centre is extremely excited to be part of your child's hockey development. Please note that we are opening these "follow up camps" to those who were part of the Fall Camps FIRST and then we will open it up to all others. Deadline for EARLY registration is Tuesday, November 13, 2012.

Camps are for all age divisions as well they will be bringing their GDI Instructors out for Goalie specific training. Here is a brief overview of what the camps will look like for this year.
• On Ice Skill Specific Sessions - 60 mins in length (excluding Squirts which will be 45 mins in length) and consist of a focus on the fundamentals skills needed to master the basic hockey skills, and then advance into drills that will challenge players to perform these skills at Game Speed.
• Clinicial Boardroom Sessions - will be 30 mins in length and consist of a boardroom style, interactive player discussion, teaching the Skills players are going to perform in their On-Ice Sessios. These sessions will be highlighted with the use of powerpoints, video clips from NHL games and clips of The Rink's Professional Staff performing the techniques players will be learning.
THE RINK Training Centres will also be hosting monthly conditioning & skill development clinics in Steinbach throughout the hockey season. Watch the website and your email for these dates. This will also includes GDI Goalie sessions as we did last year.
Please register early to avoid disappointment as there are limited spots available in each age division. Registration is for ALL Steinbach Minor Hockey players ONLY until July 6th - after this date, if there are still spots available, we will open up registration to the surrounding hockey communities.
